Salut Bar Americain opened in June of 2008 at the Milton Mall, 917 Grand Avenue, Saint Paul, MN. Salut is owned by Parasole Restaurant Holdings LLC which also owns and operates Manny’s, Burger Jones, Chino Latino, Pittsburgh Blue, Figlio, Muffuletta, and Good Earth in the Minneapolis-Saint Paul area.
