xeter Realty Company is a privately-held real estate development and management company. Since 1991, Exeter has created a portfolio of high-quality properties in prominent urban locations of the Minneapolis-Saint Paul area. Completed projects include office, residential, and retail properties as well as structured parking facilities. Exeter’s business activities are carried out through its wholly-owned affiliates, Exeter Development Corporation and Exeter Realty Services, Inc.

Exeter provides acquisition, development, financing, and construction management services for its projects. The company also provides property management and leasing services and cooperates with outside brokers representing tenant prospects. Exeter has long-standing relationships with architects, contractors, lenders, and local, regional, and national restaurants and retailers.

Completed office and retail projects are owned by free-standing ownership entities that are themselves owned by parent entities. Exeter has a partnership relationship with the State Teachers Retirement System of Ohio to pursue new retail projects in the Twin Cities area.

Exeter is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers, Minnesota Shopping Center Association, Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce, Grand Avenue Business Association and the Highland Business Association.
